Charles W. Fauskee, age 59 of Brooten died peacefully at home on December 1, 2017. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 5th at the Hoplin-Hitchcock Funeral Home in Brooten. Burial will be in the Grace East Cemetery in Belgrade. Arrangements are with the Hoplin-Hitchcock Funeral Home in Brooten.
Charles “Chuck” Fauskee, son of Abner and Doris (Koll) Fauskee, was born on December 28, 1957 in Paynesville, Minnesota. He grew up in Belgrade with his three siblings, Anne, Jim, and Judy. They were members of Grace Lutheran Church in Belgrade and Chuck was a 1976 graduate of Belgrade High School. Following graduation, he moved to New Hope and took a job with Super Valu in Hopkins, where he worked for the next 30 years. After his retirement, he moved to Brooten to be close to family.
Chuck was a very private person but those who were fortunate enough to know him will remember his kindness and sense of humor, along with his strong faith and the love he had for his family.
Chuck died peacefully at his home in Brooten on Friday, December 1, 2017. Blessed be his memory.
He is survived by his siblings, Anne (Tom) Kampsen of Belgrade, Jim Fauskee of Coon Rapids, and Judy (Roger) Imdieke of New London; 7 nieces and nephews; and many great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Abner and Doris Fauskee.
