Grace (Lynn) Henry, age 79, of Brooten, died Monday, April 15, 2013, at the Glacial Ridge Hospital in Glenwood, MN.  Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, April 20th, at the Brooten Community Church with Pastor David Zylstra and Kathy Terpstra officiating.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.  Interment will be in Union Cemetery, Brooten.  Arrangements are with the Hoplin-Hitchcock Funeral Home of Brooten.

Grace Henry, the daughter of Lovett and Elevener (Hutchinson) Lynn was born July 18, 1933 in Collins, Georgia.  She grew up in Florida.  

On September 9, 1956, Grace was united in marriage to Lee LeRoy Henry in Florida.  This marriage was blessed with seven children.  Grace and Lee shared 11 years of marriage before Lee passed away on January 10, 1968.  Grace moved to Brooten in 1977.  She attended and was a member of the Union United Presbyterian Church in Brooten until it closed down.  Most recently she had been attending the Brooten Community Church.  She enjoyed sewing, quilting, gardening, baking and reading.  She especially loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.  

Grace is survived by her longtime companion, Floyd Hodge of Brooten, MN; children, Robert Henry of Port Orange, FL, Mary Ann (George) Carter of Sunburg, MN, Jerry (Terri) Henry of New Smyrna Beach, FL, Betty Jean (Denise Horick) Henry of Kissimmee, FL, Carol (Kevin) Lopau of Brooten, and David (Wanda) Henry of Brooten; 15 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren; siblings, Lovett Carl (Lousie) Lynn of Beach Grove, IN, Ellie Earl Lynn of New Port Richey, FL, Lee LeRoy (Sharon) Lynn of DeLand, FL, Joyce Buck of Orange City, FL, and Mary Alice (Bob) Perone of Orange City, FL; other relatives and friends.  

Grace is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lee; son, Clyde Henry; brother, Richard Lynn; sister, JoAnne Lynn; and three grandchildren.
