One of my sister's best friends growing up was Jane Bogie.  And out of all the mothers of Kathi's friends, Shirley was her favorite.  Shirley was a sweetheart and so good hearted.  Our deepest sympathies go out to Jane and Mary and their families.  Shirley, Thank you for your gifts given to so many during your long life, and may you enjoy your well-deserved rest, peace and reward in the world of spirit.

Shirley was one of the kindest, most gentle people I have known. We were next door neighbors for many years. She had a great smile and her laugh was contagious. We are keeping all of you in our thoughts and prayers. Love, Terri & Bruce Wagner

Even though I lost touch with Shirley - she is one person I can honestly say I knew from birth since Jane and I shared summer birthdays!    She was the kindest lady and she loved my Mom and Dad.

Aunt Shirley was such an amazing gift in our lives.  Her loving heart and little laugh will be missed.  She was able to enjoy her life at home over the years with her many pets, including several dogs named Lady. She took joy in her family, her garden, her friends and her place in Glenwood's history.  I will often say, Uffda, in the next many months, and think of her.  I know she is with my Mom and they are laughing about something mischievous Muriel or Howie did when they were young.  They are also sharing stories over coffee about Peggy, Cricket, and Tootsie, who they loved well.

We will always keep dear Aunt Shirley in our hearts.
With our love,
Kim, Ramon, Austin, and Alexandra
