So sorry for the loss of your Mother.---note-- Talked to one of her Daughters before Funeral. (She thought a note to Funeral Director would be best way to reach the Family) I mention that I had given Sylvia a Leather music folder with a raised Red Rose on it. Reason I gave it to your Mother( I did meet her while in Pope County Mens Choirs, PLUS I installed Heating Systems both for her Dad and Father-in-Law, some 50 years ago)was because my Mothers name was Sylvia , and she too was a Vocalist and played the Piano, besides working as a Music Teacher in Hutchinson. She was born in 1903 and died in 1941 when I was 10. I had that Leather Holder for some 75 years, till I figured your Mother would make better use of it. Am asking if the Family has no use for it (if they do, please keep it), I would like it back. H.W. Rippe 515 4th ave n.e. Glenwood, Mn. 56334 320 634 3141

Sylvia will be forever singing in God's choir, but we will surely miss her in ours. Her love of music was infectious. Thanks to Sylvia, years singing in the MCC was so rewarding, as well as Jeffrey's experience with All-State Lutheran. God bless her memory. She will not be forgotten.
