Scott Michael Fisher, the son of Michael Ralph Fisher and Jeannine Hansine (Swenson) Fisher was born on November 8, 1957, in Glenwood, MN.  He grew up and attended school in Glenwood, MN. Scott was a self-employed mechanic most of his life.  He was also employed at the Paul Bunyan Mall in Bemidji as a custodian from 1994-2000. Scott was united in marriage to Bonnie Kaye Bushman on December 31, 1978 in Glenwood, Minnesota.  They made their home in Bemidji, MN where they raised two children, Michael and Dustin. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, woodworking, and spending time with his sons.  Most of all, Scott enjoyed taking in orphaned kittens and cats and providing a warm and loving home. Scott is survived by his wife Bonnie, children Michael Fisher (Anna), Dustin Fisher (Christina), sister Heidi Vars (John), brothers Todd Fisher (Theresa), and Kent Fisher (Brenda), grandchildren Cullen, Madison, Brendon, Carson, Dylan, Brycen, and Ashton. Scott is preceded in death by his parents and baby son, Brian. A memorial service will be planned in Bemidji, MN in the Spring of 2015.
