Terry Lee Beckwith, the third out of four children born to Daryl and Marlene (Malcolm) Beckwith was born March 1, 1957 in O'Neill, Nebraska. When Terry was eight, he and his family moved to the Glenwood area. He grew up on a farm in rural Glenwood and attended school. He graduated from Glenwood High School in 1975.

Terry was a simple, friendly guy. He made his home in an apartment in Starbuck for years until he needed help with his daily care, at which time he moved into a group home, first in Starbuck and most recently in Sunburg. Terry died Thursday, July 27, 2023 at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis.

Terry is survived by his parents Daryl and Marlene Beckwith of Alexandria; brothers, Wayne (Shelia) Beckwith of Glenwood, Duane (Janet) Beckwith of Glenwood and Jerry (Stacey) Beckwith of Woodland, CA; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Private family services for Terry will be held at a later date.
