Timothy "Tim" J. Tauber, age 47 of Glenwood, died Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at his home.  A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, September 13 ^th at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Glenwood with Father Joe Vandeberg officiating.  Visitation will be Monday, Sept. 12 ^th from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at the funeral home in Glenwood and will continue one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday.  Interment will be in the Calvary cemetery in Glenwood.  Arrangements are with the Hoplin-Hitchcock Funeral Home in Glenwood.

Timothy James Tauber, the son of Paul J. and Agatha (Christman) Tauber, was born on September 4, 1969, in Glenwood, MN.  He lived on the family farm north of Glenwood until his death on September 7, 2016.  Tim attended the Glenwood Public School system and graduated from high school in 1989. He was employed at Clyde Machines Inc. for the past 27 years.  Tim was dedicated to his mother and attended social events sponsored by the Rice Care Center in Willmar, MN where his mother resides and visited her every Saturday and Sunday. He also belonged to the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Glenwood, MN.

Tim is survived by his mother, Agatha Tauber; sisters, Mary Tauber (Michael Linehan) of Brookings, SD, and Patricia (Todd) Mikkelson of Willmar, MN; brother, Daniel (Joann) Tauber of Villard; sister-in-law, Kathy Tauber of Villard; as well as aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Paul J. Tauber; and brothers, Thomas and David.
