Tyler R. Kirckof, age 31 of Glenwood, died Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at the St. Cloud Hospital. A visitation celebrating Tyler's life will be held on Monday, March 1st from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the Hoplin-Hitchcock Funeral Home in Glenwood. Covid-19 social distancing guidelines and the use of face masks by attendees will be required. Arrangements are with the Hoplin-Hitchcock Funeral Home in Glenwood.
Tyler Roger Kirckof, the son of Kelly Kirckof and Bonnie Walburn was born July 14, 1989 in Alexandria, Minnesota. He grew up with his dad in Glenwood and attended Minnewaska Area High School. He graduated from Minnewaska in 2007. Tyler worked for Kadejan in Glenwood for several years. He enjoyed fishing, playing basketball, video games and spending time with his family and friends. Tyler will be remembered for his quick wit, contagious smile and all around great personality. He was always willing to help anyone who needed it and was very respectful. Tyler died Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at the St. Cloud Hospital.
He is survived by his dad, Kelly Kirckof of Glenwood; mom, Bonnie Dumdei of AZ; paternal grandfather, Roger Kirckof of Villard; two half-sisters; uncles, Tom (Sally), Scott (Jeanine) and Gregg (Jacquelyn) Kirckof; best friend, Kenny Armstrong; and many cousins and other friends.
Tyler was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Bonnie Kirckof.
