Charles Ian Lopac

Charles Lopac, age 77, of Glenwood, MN, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Saturday, July 12, 2025, of natural causes. Arrangements are with Hoplin-Hitchcock Funeral Home of Glenwood.

Charles Ian Lopac, son of Emil and Dolores (Driessen) Lopac, was born on September 27, 1947, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. A proud veteran, Charlie served his country honorably as a United States Marine during the Vietnam War.

He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Thomas Lopac, Judy Slawson; and niece, Jeanie Brown.

Charlie is survived by his son, Marcus Lopac; grandson, Marcus Lopac Jr.; niece, Kimberle Lopac; great-niece, Aprille Mulvaney; niece, Julia Lopac; great-niece, Tatiana Miller; great-nephew, Brandon Kindy; nephew, James Brown; and great-niece, Jeanie Marie.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
