Remembering Marcia as I remember her!! As I sit here I think of the first time I met her and it was on a farm in Villard. Then when I was working at the jewelry store, she was next door selling pretty shoes. Later, she worked with me at the Jewelry Store and then moved on to the city of Alexandria. I would run into her now and then, usually at the Mall and we would catch up on what we were doing.
One day I seen her and although she was the same Marcia I knew, she was very thin and I felt concern for her, and yet her voice was the same Marcia I knew years ago.
As I read her obituary, I felt a sadness to know she wasn't here any longer.
I am sending this little bio of her to let her family read someday and to know their "Marcia' was always special to me.
I send my sympathy in your loss and know in your hearts that she was special to others for many years. May time be kind to you all and remember Marcia was important to others too. May you find peace and keep her in your hearts.
